Everything went extremly smoothly. I made a mistake when arrriving at the car park thinking I could enter using my credit card. This was soon sorted out by the staff on the exit gate who were very helpful

Exit signs on road could be clearer and road surface could be smoother, but other than that it was very convenient and made our holiday run smoothly. Staff on intercom was helpful as we were pressing the wrong ticket button.

yes it all went well .Bus driver was very helpful and had agreat sense of humour,rare in this day and age.Man in check out desk dealt with driver in other lane and waited until we opened barrier it was 1am and wet.
