Arrival Procedure:Drive to the Valet Parking reception point, turning left off the lower forecourt road and report in to reception. The valet staff will complete acceptance forms and park your vehicle for you. If you have not given us the terminal information at the time of booking then please call 01293 502349 at least 24 hours before arrival to reconfirm. Please note that all areas of Gatwick airport share a postcode, we advise you to carefull follow directions on arrival.
Departure Procedure:On arrival, please telephone a member of the valet staff from the arrivals hall. Your car will be waiting for you at the pick up point on the lower level, where you left your vehicle on arrival.
Directions:North - From the direction of London or Brighton, exit M23 at J9 following signs on the roundabout for Gatwick Airport. Go straight ahead at the first roundabout following signs for North Terminal. At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit; follow signs for North Terminal and then Flight Arrivals and Valet Parking. You should park by the NCP reception point located on the lower Arrivals forecourt on the left hand side.
Transfers:Collection of your car is from the pick up point adjacent to the terminal entrance.
Security:Your chauffeur will park your vehicle in a secure compound for the duration of your trip. The park is protected by security fencing, floodlights, cameras and regular patrols by staff.
Disabled Notes:Valet parking is suitable for Blue Badge holders.
Insurance:The valet operator indemnifies customers for vehicle damage resulting from any proven act of negligence on the part of its staff.

Departure Procedure:On your return please follow signs for the Short Stay Car Park and go to the Valet Reception where you dropped your car off.
Directions:South - Exit M23 at J9 following signs at roundabout for Gatwick. Keeping to inside lane, exit left at the first roundabout (J9a) and follow signs for South Terminal. Follow the signs for Short stay parking; enter the Red car park and proceed to Level 2 where the Valet Service is situated. Park and report to reception.
