Arrival Procedure:Please call 0845 850 5455 30 minutes before your pre-booked meet time. A charge of £25.00 will be made for amendments within one hour of the meet time.
Departure Procedure:When you return from your trip our chauffeur will return your car to you at the terminal enabling you to continue your journey without delay. Please call the chauffeur number
Directions:Terminal 1: Drive up ramp to departures in the left lane. Follow road round to left down on to the lower section. The chauffeur will meet you in this area.
Terminal 2: Currently Closed
Terminal 3: Drive to second or third lane outside the departure building.
Terminal 4: Drive to second or third lane outside the departure building.
Terminal 5: Drive up the ramp towards Departures, bearing right at the sign for "Short Stay and Passenger Pick Up". Drive under the height restriction arm and keep left, following the sign for "Fast Track". At the entrance barrier, take a ticket (there will be nothing to pay). Once inside, follow the arrows on the road to "Row L", where Budget/Purple Parkings chauffeur will meet you and take your parking ticket.
Transfers:Your vehicle will be stored at a secure car park approximately 4 miles away
Security:This car park holds the Secured Car Parks award, initiated by the Association of Chief Police officers. This car park has security barriers, fencing, CCTV and 24 hour security Patrols.
Disabled Notes:This service is ideal for disabled customers.
Insurance:Parking is at the owners own risk and is subject to the terms and conditions of the individual car park. All drivers are fully insured to drive customers vehicles.
Extra Notes:Please note: this service is not available between 11pm and 5am.
Should you be running late you must phone the chauffeur number at least 30 minutes before your pre-booked arrival time to update them with new timing details else they will charge a twenty five pounds fee.
