On the email describing what to do on arrival it stated that you park in the zone indicated on your ticket. Unfortunately no zone was indicated so a little confusing as to where you park. Apart from this, a very good service.

We booked business parking car park as we could take the car keys with us.Very easy to find car park and loads of space to park. Bus waiting for us to go to terminal and on return. Very easy exit and staff and drivers very pleasant and helpful.

Might have been me being thick but I parked my car and the ref didnt appear on the ticket. When I went to customer services on exit I was advised that I should have been in the car park next door, so either not marked clearly enough or I missed it ;-)
