Parking Express is located on the Heathrow Perimeter Road and provides fast and efficient transfers to and from the Terminals. Parking Express is an official long stay car park offering regular transfers to and from Heathrow Airport and holds the Park Mark Safer Parking award.

Arrival Procedure

The car park operates an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system so it is essential you have entered the correct vehicle registration when making your booking. On entry, take a ticket and follow signs to the zone indicated. Make a note of zone and nearest bus stop. Your booking reference will be printed on the ticket. If instead it says Cashier, report to customer services on your return.

Departure Procedure

To transfer to the car park go to the Long Stay Courtesy Coach Pick up point at Terminal 1 - 2 to catch the Parking Express bus. For terminal 3 passengers should go to bus stop 17. On exit, insert your entry ticket into the machine at the barrier. Your number plate will be read and the barrier will lift automatically. If your ticket has "Cashier" printed on it, report to customer service office located by the exit.

Transfers

Parking Express transfers take only 10 minutes to Terminals 1, 2 & 3. Scheduled to run every 8 minutes between 4.45 a.m. and 11.45 p.m. outside these hours service operates on request.

Security

Park Mark Award - Manned 24 hrs a day, with security fencing, CCTV & frequent patrols by high profile security vehicles.

Disabled Notes

Low-floor buses with wheelchair spaces. There is also a BAA help bus available if requested in advance.

Heathrow Parking Express indemnifies customers for damage resulting from any proven act or negligence on the part of its servants or agents.

Extra Notes

On-site help vehicles provide wheel change assistance and free battery recharges. Trailer parking spaces are available but an extra space will need to be booked. Please note this car park can not serve terminal 5 under any circumstances and you will be refused entry should you arrive and advise terminal 5. There are no height restrictions, although the largest vehicle they can accommodate is a transit van or a 16 seated minibus. Please note if a vehicle takes more than one space the car park may charge for 2 spaces.

From the M4: Leave the motorway at Junction 4 and follow the signs for Heathrow Airport. then follow the signs for long term parking, which takes you to the Northern Perimeter Road. Continue along this road until it merges with the Eastern Perimeter road. The signs will then direct you to the car park.From the M25: Follow signs for Heathrow Airport. Then follow the signs to the long term parking, which takes you to the Northern Perimeter Road. Continue along this road until it merges with the Eastern Perimeter road. The signs will direct you to the car park.
