Arrival Procedure:On arrival at the car park take a ticket from the barrier and proceed to an available parking space.
Departure Procedure:On your return proceed to bus stop 6 and await transfer bus back to car park. Collect your car and drive to the reception building located on your right just before the exit barrier. Go to reception taking both your pre-booked voucher and your car park entry ticket. These will be exchanged for an exit ticket. Drive to the barrier and insert your exit ticket, the barrier will lift.
Directions:FROM M25: Take Junction 14 on to the A3113 and follow signs to terminal 4, and terminal 4 Long Stay. Long Stay (co-branded Business Parking Park and Fly) is located on your right just before Terminal 4. FROM London, Westbound A4, join A30 and follow signs to Terminal 4. Take first left at the Hilton Hotel and take first left to Long Stay.
Transfers:Transfers are included, take 3-7 minutes and run every 7-8 minutes
Security:The car park has barrier control, CCTV and holds the AA/Police Gold Award for security. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.
Disabled Notes:There are ramps at all the bus stops, these have ramps which can be lowered to allow easier access for wheelchair users. Please note the disabled parking bays are next to the customer services office.
