Would recommend this service to anyone who has young children or elderly people travelling with them. You are met directly outside the airport, just hand over your car and off you go. The staff were punctual and very friendly and helpful. On return there is a short wait for your car, no waiting in queues and hauling heaving luggage onto buses. I use this service every time now.

This was my first experience with non-official valet parking at Heathrow and I was very pleased with the profesionalism of Purple Parking. The gentlemen in purple trimmed jackets are hard to miss (funny that I had never noticed them before). It is certainly better value than official airport valet for longer trips. Ill use them again. ONE TIP: unlike official Heathrow valet, these guys really want you to call as soon as you land; even before you get your luggage. I left it until luggage was collected and so we had a 20 minute wait (which the dispatcher explained when I called). My wife and I passed the delay pleasantly by shopping in the post-customs airport shop.
