On arriving at the car park my details were quickly retrieved from the system and we parked in the reception area. A short walk to a waiting minibus with our luggage and we were soon on our way to the airport, having left our car key in the ignition for the vehicle to be transferred to the long term parking position while we were away. Four weeks later, while in baggage reclaim, we phoned the number on the ticket given to us on our arrival at the car park, quoted the reference number and were told to go to a specific bus stop outside. After a wait of about 10 minutes, the minibus arrived and we returned to the car park along with 2 other groups of customers. The minibus driver gave us our keys and took us in the minibus to our vehicles. A superb service - no chance of misplacing the car key while we were away, or forgetting where we had parked! I will use Purple Parking again and recommend them without hesitation.
