Arrival Procedure

You will be directed to arrivals area by a Quality Airport Parking host.

Departure Procedure

Upon your return, call 0208 754 9222 when you have cleared customs and give your name and voucher number. The car park will then arrange the drop off of your vehicle outside the terminal.

Transfers

Transfers operate 24 hours a day on demand. Journey time varies depending on terminal, 1-4 is 5-8 minutes, with terminal 5 taking 8 minutes. Please note the premium product includes a meet and greet style procedure for your return in which the car park will deliver your car to the terminal.

Security

This car park has CCTV,security fencing 24-hour security guards, spike-strips on entrance and controlled exit.

Directions

From the M25: exit at J15, and take the M4 towards London. Exit the M4 at J3 and follow the A312 towards Hounslow/Feltham. At the Jolly Waggoner`s roundabout turn right onto A4 (Bath Rd) towards Heathrow. Quality Airport Parking is approximately 1 mile along the A4 on the left, next door to the Premier Inn.
