The long stay parking at Leeds Bradford is poor. Despite prebooking I still had to go to the information desk on return and get the exit card authorised. Then there was a wait of 40 minutes in a long queue for a courtesy bus to the car park. Not impressed after a early start and a flight.

Directions to find parking and parking car was easy and shuttle to/from terminal worked well. Unfortunately, I inadvertantly used a different credit card to the one I booked with (and to gain access to parking) and was charged again. Your customer service people were very helping and are making sure that I am credited with the 2nd amount.
