Arrival Procedure:

Liverpool airport Mid Stay operate an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system so it is essential you have entered the correct vehicle registration when making your booking. Upon arrival at the car park entry barrier, the ANPR system will read the vehicle registration plate and automatically issue you with a ticket. Remove the ticket and the barrier will rise allowing you to enter. Do not lose your ticket. Your booking reference will be printed on the ticket, along with your vehicle registration number.

We recommend that you bring a copy of your confirmation with you. Should the system fail to recognise your vehicle and not automatically issue you a ticket, please take a ticket from the entry machine. On your return, BEFORE collecting your car please present your booking confirmation and entry ticket at the car park kiosk (located in the multi-storey car park opposite the terminal building) where your ticket will be validated for exit. The kiosk is manned 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Departure Procedure:

Upon your return to the airport, proceed to your car and drive to the exit barrier. Insert your entry ticket into the exit machine, and the barrier will rise, allowing you to exit the car park.

Directions:

Liverpool Airport is well sign-posted from M6, M62, M56 and M57 motorways.

From the North take the A562, from the East and West take the A561 until you reach the Speke Boulevard roundabout. Follow the signs to the airport and take the south turnoff down Speke Hall Avenue. At the first roundabout take the second exit. At the second roundabout follow the signs to Long Term parking. On arrival to the airport follow the signs for Long Term parking. The Mid-stay car park is located within a designated area of Long Stay 1 - Zones A & B. Long Stay 1 is opposite the airport terminal.

Even if Long Stay 1 car park is showing FULL on your approach to the airport, there will still be a space for you in Mid Stay - do not use Long Stay 2 or the Short Term car park.

Once you enter through the main car park entrance barriers into Long Stay 1, please follow the signs for Mid Stay, located on your left as you enter through the first set of barriers, in a slightly elevated location and clearly signposted.

Security:

This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment.

Disabled Notes:

Please note that there are no dedicated disabled parking bays within the Mid-Stay car park. Drivers requiring a disabled parking bay are advised to book a space in one of the alternative on-site car parks, and pay the relevant parking fees and charges for their chosen car park.

Extra Notes:

On return do not pay at the machines at the terminal, follow departure procedure provided with your confirmation.
