The car park operates an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system so it is essential you have entered the correct vehicle registration when making your booking. Please bring your booking confirmation to the car park.
Drive up to the entry barrier, where your car registration number will be read. Please wait 10 seconds. If your registration is recognized, a ticket will be printed showing your booking reference and the barrier will lift automatically. If within the 10 seconds the barrier does not lift automatically please press for a ticket. Park your car and transfer to the airport.
Drive to the exit barrier. Insert the ticket you were given when you came in and the barrier will open. If you had to press for a ticket upon arrival or you have any problems, please show your booking confirmation and entry ticket to a parking attendant, or press the call button on the exit barrier for help.
Directions:Take junction 5 off M27. The Airport is approximately 1.5 miles from this junction. Follow signs for Southampton Airport . The Long Term Car Park is signposted once you arrive (Pink Elephant).
Transfers:Opperate every 10 minutes 24hrs taking just 5-10 minutes. On your return wait outside the front of the terminal building to be transferred back to your car.
Security:This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.
Disabled Notes:There are 6 disabled car parking spaces. Help points are located throughout long stay car park.
Insurance:Parking is at vehicle owners own risk, subject to the terms and conditions of the car park.
Extra Notes:You must provide us with the correct car registration number. If you change the car you are going to be travelling in please provide new details or the car park may charge you £10 when you leave.
