Park your car in one of the arrivals bays, then head to reception to check in. Your car will be parked for you, so then you just need to wait for the shuttle bus to the terminal. We recommend that you give yourself 40 minutes to drop your car off and catch the bus to check-in.

The shuttle bus will pick you up outside the terminal and take you back to the car park to collect your car.

Leave the M25 at junction 29 and take the A127 Arterial Road into Essex - it's the first exit if you're travelling clockwise, and the third exit if you're travelling anticlockwise. After about 20 miles, you'll come to the roundabout with the B1013. Take the first exit onto the B1013 Nestuda Way. Take the first exit at the next roundabout, then at the next roundabout take the third exit onto the B1013 Eastwoodbury Lane. Take the second exit at the roundabout after that, then at the next roundabout take the first exit onto Aviation Way. Follow the road round to the right, then take the second right into the car park.

Transfers are included, take 5 minutes and are available on request.

The car park manned 24 hours a day, one of the security guards even lives on site. The car park is also protected by CCTV and a fence, and the room where all the car keys are kept has CCTV too as well as being locked and alarmed.

Disabled travellers can upgrade to meet and greet for free, please call us. If you're going to need to upgrade, you should book at least 48 hours before you're due to travel. You'll need to have your Blue Badge with you of course.

If there are more then four travellers please call us to check that the bus has enough spaces.
