Arrival Procedure

Call 07939 042857 ten minutes prior to arrival at airport. Drive to Departure Level at the terminal where your driver will be waiting.

Departure Procedure

Collect luggage, clear Customs, call 07939 042857 to arrange collection of vehicle. Emergency No 07881 913116.

Transfers

No transfers are required with a meet and greet service. You will be met outside the departure terminal of your travels by a fully insured driver who will take your vehicle to the car park.

Security

Cars are parked in a secure compound, 24 hour manned security, fenced and gated entry.

Disabled Notes

Perfect for the disabled traveller as no transfers are required. Staff will also assist with unloading your luggage.

Insurance

All drivers are fully insured to drive customer cars and carry identification.

Extra Notes

You will not be able to wait on the departures level therefore you must arrive at the agreed meeting time (occasionally subject to slight change by Aardvark, who will advise if necessary). If your arrival time changes please notify the car park using the numbers on your confirmation details as soon as possible. Please check the airport terminal your flight departs from with your travel company - a £15 supplement will be charged to your card if you fail to advise any amendments to your return. Please note: once booked we are unable to amend or cancel this option.
