Arrival Procedure:Take a ticket from the barrier and park your car in the customer drop off zone located in the last right turn after the barrier. Walk into the Hotel, turn left and follow the signs for the Pink Elephant Car Park Office. Check in and collect your free beverage voucher to redeem in the Coffee Lounge at the Hotel.
Departure Procedure:On return follow signs for the Coach Station and Stand 30. Take the Hilton Bus back to the Hotel which runs every half hour from 04:30 to 01:00. Collect your keys from the Car Park office who will issue an exit ticket and direct you to your vehicle.
Directions:This Car Park is located at the Hilton Stansted Hotel, which is situated next to the BAA Long Stay Car Park. Bookings made for this product will NOT be valid at the Long Stay Car Park. Directions for Stansted Park and Refresh are as follows – Follow the signs for Stansted Airport and the Hilton Hotel (Post Code for SAT NAV - CM24 1SF). The entrance to the Hotel is located on the left just before reaching the Long Stay Car Park. Take a ticket and park in one of the Pink Elephant marked bays, located in the last right turn after the barrier. Walk into the Hotel, turn left and follow the Pink Elephant signs to the Car Park Office to check in. The bus transfers take 7-8 minutes and run every half hour between 04:15 and 00:45. If you need to arrive between 01:00 and 04:00 please call the number on your confirmation to arrange collection.
Transfers:Hotel buses run from 04:15 to 00:45 every 30 minutes and take 8 minutes to complete. Outside these time Meteor will transfer customers if required in their own mini-bus by request, please ask on arrival at the car park.
Security:Cars will be parking at the Hilton Hotel which has barrier control, CCTV and 24 hour security.
