In the morning, you take your car and voucher (directions provided), to the car park. This long stay car park DOES NOT operate transfers to terminal 4 or 5. If the client is flying from terminal 4 or 5 they will need to take the transfer to terminals 1,2 or 3 and then use the free Heathrow Express shuttle to the relevant terminal.
