When you arrive, please proceed to the reception area with your booking confirmation to check-in your vehicle. Your car keys will then be retained by a member of the Prestige staff and you will be provided with a receipt for your car. You can then head to the terminal on foot, the car park is situated onsite at the airport and the drop off and collection point is opposite the terminal building. There is no need for a transfer.
Departure Procedure:It is no longer necessary for the customer to call Prestige from the terminal building on their return. Proceed with your luggage to the Prestige building reception area with your receipt and some identification (e.g. your passport) to reclaim your vehicle.
Directions:From the North - leave the M1 at Junction 24 and follow the signs to the airport. Take the A453 for approximately 0.5 miles and then turn right into the airport.
From the South - leave the M1 at Junction 23a and follow the signs to the airport.
From the West - follow the A59 to Junction 24 then follow the sings to the airport.
Upon arrival at the airport after the traffic lights turn left at the first traffic island, then straight over the next two islands. Take the first turn on the right onto Dove Road, which terminates at the Prestige building.
NB: Do not turn into any car parks with a barrier or you may be charged twice.
The terminal building is a short 3-4 minute walk across the road and trolleys are available for your luggage. Please note that passengers are able to use the medium stay transfer bus located opposite Prestige next to the Medium Stay Car Park 4 should they require transport to and from the terminal building.
Security:The car park has been awarded a Park Mark award by the local police. Prestige parking is a 24 hour manned indoor car park secured with steel security doors.
Disabled Notes:There are no specific disabled facilities available.
Insurance:The car park has a Full Motor Trade Policy and Public Liability Insurance. Customers park at their own risk.
Extra Notes:A height restriction of 11ft applies. Prestige also offer a full range of car valeting services which can either arranged upon arrival at the car park.
