Leave the M56 at Junction 7 and join the A56. Coming towards Altrincham bear left following signs to Manchester. Continue through the traffic lights and turn left by the Wheatsheaf hotel into Oldfield Road. Take the 2nd right into Weldon Road, keeping left into Lawrence Road. Continue across the roundabout into Norman Road where Purple Parking Park and Ride can be found on the right.

Free transfers run 24 hours a day every 30 minutes, taking about 12-15 minutes. Purple Parking drop off and pick up at the individual terminals.

The car park is alarmed, manned 24 hours a day and surrounded by 8 foot high fencing. A Park Mark Safer Parking award has been awarded to this car park.

Staff are happy to assist customers with the loading and unloading of luggage. A disabled toilet is available as well as a ramp and portable step. Wheelchairs can be transferred when folded.

Maximum vehicle height limit of 2.4 metres. The car park must retain your car keys. Purple Parking cannot accept large vehicles like transit-type vans, minibuses, high-sided vehicles, mobile homes, lorries, caravans or trailers. We recommend that customers arrive at the car park an hour before their flight check-in time. Please be aware of roadworks that will be taking place on Ringway Rd, from 11th September - 19th October 2012. Please allow extra time for travel and transfer based on this.
