On arrival take a ticket from the barrier and park in the designated area and catch the courtesy bus to the Terminal. Do not leave your ticket in the car.
Departure Procedure:On return, go to the Customer Service Office situated near the exit of the car park and hand in your printed confirmation (or quote the booking reference), along with your entry ticket.
Directions:Follow the signs to Newcastle Airport, and then Long Term Parking.
Transfers:Transfers operate 24 hours a day, on demand, taking approx 1 minute. For a transfer from the airport, exit the front of the terminal building and proceed to the courtesy bus pick up point.
Security:The car park has the Secured Car Park Award status, which includes fencing, floodlighting, CCTV and regular 24 hours patrols.
Disabled Notes:Allocated spaces are available in the Long Stay Car Park.
Extra Notes:No lorries,or trailers permitted even if multiple spaces are booked.
