Upon arrival at the car park, simply drive into the car park where you will be greeted by member of staff and checked in. You car will then be parked for you by qualified drivers while you are assisted with your luggage and taken to the transfer waiting area. From here it's a quick 20 minute transfer to the cruise terminal.
There is a heated indoor waiting area with toilets, seating and a drinks vending machine where you can wait before boarding the transfer bus to the terminal. Transfers are included in the price.
You should aim to arrive at the car park between 11.30am and 3pm if possible. Outside these times you may have to wait longer for a transfer.
On return to Southampton please proceed directly to our designated coach bays:
Ocean Cruise Terminal - Bay 25
City Cruise Terminal - Bay 26
Mayflower Cruise Terminal - Bay 20
Queen Elizabeth II Terminal - Report to a member of uniformed Cruise Parking staff in the arrival hall.
Buses collect regularly from the cruise terminals between 7am and 11am when the ships are docking, and transfers are included in the price. Transfers outside of these times are available on request.
Leave the M27 at junction 3 and join the M271, following signs for Southampton docks. Follow the M271 for 1.5 miles. At the first roundabout take the second exit, signposted A35 to Totton and Lyndhurst and A326 Fawley. At the traffic lights, the road merges with the A35. Continue along the A35 for one mile, following signs for Lyndhurst. Do not follow signs to Totton town centre. At the next roundabout turn left, following signs for the A326 and Marchwood. Continue for half a mile to the traffic lights. Turn left into Jacobs Gutter Lane, following signs for Marchwood. After 1.5 miles turn left at the roundabout into Normandy Way, following signs for Marchwood industrial park, Cracknore Hard and Hythe.
After half a mile you will come to Marchwood industrial park. Go straight on at the mini roundabout, then turn left into Cracknore Hard. The car park should be signposted from here. You will pass McMullen Barracks on your left and the Sea Mounting Centre on your right. From here you will see signs for Cruise Parking Ltd. Turn right into Harbour Close. Follow the road round to the left and drive through the second set of gates on the right. A member staff will direct you to the correct area.
Transfers take 15 to 20 minutes and run at varying intervals. The buses to the cruise terminal are most frequent between 11.30am and 3pm.
Security:This car park is under 24 hour CCTV surveillance and includes patrols along with following security features: floodlighting, perimeter fencing, access controlled gates, secure key storage
Disabled Notes:Blue badge holders who require extra help, please contact the car park once you have made the booking using the number provided on your confirmation. In special circumstances additional parking help can be arranged.
Extra Notes:It is recommended that you arrive at the car park between 11.30am and 3pm as it will be easier to hop on a transfer within these times.
Transfers take 15-20 minutes and run every 15-40 minutes, depending on the time of day: they are most frequent between 11.30am and 3pm, whereas outside these times you may find you have a longer wait.
