Please ring on the numbers on your confirmation 15 minutes before you arrive at Southend Airport. In the event that you do not have a Sat Nav please ring when you have just passed the Basildon turnoff on the A127 towards Southend, or if coming from the A130 ring when you leave the A130 to get on the A127. It is important to ring if you are running early or late. On arrival at Southend Airport, drive just pass the terminal building and pull into the passenger drop off bay (on your left) where a member of staff will greet you.

After passing through passport control and retrieving your luggage call us again on the numbers provided on your confirmation. One of the team will then inform you of the pick-up details based on the security conditions. Normal procedure is, we shall be waiting with your vehicle in the Passenger Drop off Bay.
