Upon your arrival at the drop off point your details will be checked and you will be required to leave your car keys, your car will be checked and photographed including the mileage and moved to one of our secure parking areas. you will then be transferred to the front of the terminal which is a journey time of 3 minutes.

Collect your luggage then call CSL on the number from your confirmation. Make you way to the pick up point which is near the short stay car park and sign posted in the terminal. Please do not call CSL before collecting your luggage. There is a 15 minute time limit at pick up point. If CSL is waiting for you longer than 15 minutes you will be liable for any extra charges.

Follow signs to Stansted Airport, On arrival at Stansted airport follow signs for short stay car park. when you reach the round about before the short stay car park and terminal (DO NOT ENTER SHORT STAY CAR PARK) Take the forth exit. then at mini roundabout turn left, drive for approx 0.7 miles and you will see CSL Drop off area out the front of Network House. Park in area at the front of the building and report to reception.

Transfers are provided free of charge and run on request.
