Directions Exit the M4 at J4 and follow the signs for Heathrow and then for Terminal 4 along the Heathrow spur. This will lead you onto the second exit off the roudabout (signposted 'other areas'). At the next roundabout (Nene Road), take the second exit signposted for 'Customs House' and 'Renaissance Hotel'. You will then see the entrance to the hotel.
