On your arrival, a chauffeur will greet you at the drop off point of the terminal (1,3 & 4) and short short stay car park level four of terminal 5. Please call around 20 – 30 minutes in advance of your arrival on the phone number printed on your confirm. It is important if you are running late or early that you call to give as much notice as possible.

Departure Procedure:What to do on return: It is advisable to call or text us once youre through customs if you have luggage with you. If its only hand luggage make the call when you are through passport control and your car will be waiting for you. The chauffeur will meet you outside the terminal with your vehicle awaiting your onward journey.
