A member of our uniformed staff will call you 20-30 minutes prior to your pre-booked arrival time to confirm drop off point and your exact arrival time to the departures terminal. For terminal 1: after exiting the tunnel keep to the left lane, following signs for terminal 1, customer arrival and short stay car park. After passing the ticket barrier take the 2nd left to the ground level of the car park. Park in zone D. For terminal 3: Follow the signs for Terminal 3, after going through the airport tunnel, follow the signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay Car park. Enter the Short Stay Car Park and proceed to level 5 of the car park to zone A which is near the lifts taking you to the Departures, a member of staff will meet you here. After giving your car to us, proceed with your luggage from the lifts at Level 5 to the departure level minus 1 (-1). When coming out of the lifts turn right and follow the signs for Terminal 3 Departures.

Once you have collected all your luggage, then you simply call our number (provided by chauffeur), when you exit the terminal a driver will be waiting for you with your car at the designated point. For terminal 1: after coming out of arrivals, walk across the car park and the vehicle will be returned to the same area as picked up. For terminal 3: When coming out of the arrivals, (after the last security point) turn right toward the signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay Car Park. (Towards Boots the chemist). Take the lift to the first floor of the Short Stay Car Park (behind AMT Coffee).Come out of the lift and turn left and proceed to walk over the bridge. At the end of the bridge, on the Right Hand side there are lifts, where you need to take the lift to the 5th floor of the short stay car park. Your car will be brought back to you between rows E, F or G.

One of our staff members will collect your car from the designated terminal at the specific meeting time.

Transfers will not be required with a met and greet service. Instead a chauffeur will collect your vehicle from the agreed meeting point.

All drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle when the car is collected.

The Radisson hotel car park is used to dispatch cars on the day of travel, meaning a quicker return service. The driver can be contacted on 0800 731 6617 or 07540 465745 for any last minute queries.

Bring you car to the front entrance of the Hotel, the address is Radisson Edwardian Hotel, 140 Bath Road, Hayes. Middlesex. UB3 5AW and park your car in the short term carpark.

All return instructions will be given on arrival at the Hotel

From the M25: Leave Motorway at junction 15 and follow M4 sign posted to London.

From the M4: Leave at junction 4 and exit towards A408 Uxbridge. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit towards Terminals 1,2 &3. Then stay in the left lane and take the exit for London A4 Bath Road. Once you exit on to the A4 Bath Road the Radisson Hotel is located 400m on the left just after McDonalds.

The transport to the airport is from the front entrance of the Hotel via a Hotel Transfer Bus. The Transfer to terminal 1, 2, 3 and 5 starts at 4.10am every day until 11:00pm. The frequency is around every 20 minutes. Currently the service does not service terminal 4.

Any bookings made include two tickets for the Airport Transfer Bus to either Terminal 1,2,3 and 5. Any additional Tickets are available at an extra cost of £8.00 per person.

On return the vehicle is delivered to the airport terminal by a member of staff meaning you can just go on your way.

The Car Park has 24 Hour CCTV, with controlled exit barriers and on site security. The Car park is Floodlight.

The Hotel has disabled facilties.

Parking is at owners risk and is subject to our terms and conditions. ( Available upon request)
