On arrival at Stansted you must enter the RED SHORT STAY CAR PARK, which is situated to the front of the main terminal on Terminal Road South, here our livered representative will meet you at the canopied walkway entrance to the terminal. Providing you have called us 30 minutes before pre-booked arrival time as instructed above, they will inspect your vehicle for any damage and issue a numbered “return vehicle document”. PLEASE KEEP THIS SAFE.

Please note: Stansted Parking Solutions give you 30 minutes either side of your pre-booked time for arrival, should you be outside of this they may charge you an extra £20. Please hand only vehicle keys to the driver.

On your return and before you collect your baggage you must call us on the number given at the top of the “return vehicle document” This is to avoid any delays. Our representative will then be waiting for you with your vehicle in the same RED SHORT STAY CAR PARK by the canopied walkway.

From the A120 follow signs for Stansted Airport. From here follow signs for the short stay car parks. Enter the Red Short Stay car park and it is here the chauffeur driver will meet you.

No transfers are required with a meet and greet service.

The vehicle will be parked in a floodlit area with CCTV.
