A member of staff will call you 30 minutes before your pre-booked time to confirm you will be arriving on time, on meeting a member of our staff at the Departures we will inspect the car with you for any existing damage, we will inspect the car for clearly visible damage, we will also record your mileage and confirm your return details with you. Your car will then be driven to our secure car park where it will remain until your return.

On your return, once you have collected your luggage, call the number provided, we will arrange for the driver to meet you with the car. IMPORTANT!!! If you are going to arrive earlier or later than the agreed meeting please call us as soon as possible on the numbers provided. There might be a slight wait if you don not come at the pre-booked time.

Follow signs for Passenger Drop-Off. This will take you up a ramp, stay in the left-lane whilst driving up the ramp and follow round to Departures set-down. Lower deck. We will collect the car from there. On your return the car will be brought back to the same place.

Terminal 3: Follow signs for Terminal 3 Departures, there is 2 drop-off lanes outside, please park in any one of them. We will collect the car from there.

Terminal 4: Follow signs for Terminal 4 Departures, drive up the ramp staying in the left-lane, stop in any of the lanes outside the building, we will collect the car from there.

No transfers are required with a meet and greet service. You will be met outside the departure terminal of your travels by a fully insured driver who will take your vehicle to the car park.

The car park site has been awarded a Park Mark Award. It offers high fencing with razor wire along the top, CCTV, and is manned 24 hours a day. There is no public access in the site.

Perfect for the disabled traveller as no transfers are required. Staff will also assist with unloading your luggage.

All drivers are fully insured to drive customer cars and carry identification.
