Proceed to the Valet Parking reception, located on the departures forecourt. Park and register at reception. There is no need to call the car park prior to your arrival, however if you do need to contact them please call 020 8976 9613

Once you have cleared customers please call 020 8976 9614. On arrival, your car will be waiting for you at the Valet Parking reception on the terminal forecourt.

From M4 at junction 4 follow signs to terminal 5. Turn right onto Northern Perimeter Road and follow signs for terminal 5, continuing along the Western Perimeter Road. Follow signs for departures to the upper forecourt sign posted Valet Parking. Follow the concourse to the end where there are 10 allocated parking bays to your left. Park and report to reception. Exit the M25 at Junction 14 and follow signs for terminal 5. Turn left into Western Perimeter Road. Follow signs for departures to the upper forecourt, sign posted Valet Parking. Follow the concourse to the end where there are 10 allocated parking bays to your left. Park and report to reception.

No transfers required.

Your car will be parked in a BAA approved secure car park while you are away.

Valet parking is suitable for Blue Badge holders.

There are no out of hours supplements. Limited times may be available on certain Bank Holidays, Official Valet Parking will notify of these on re-confirmation. Please also note that cars that have been modified outside of the manufacturers specification in any way can be refused in accordance with the car parks terms and conditions. First outbound at 05.00 on a daily basis. Customers will not be met before this time. Please note this car park does not operate between the hours of 23:00 and 05.00.
