Terminal 1: Once you have exited the tunnel follow the signs for Terminal 1 Departures. This will take you up a ramp which takes you up to the departure level. Keep in the left hand lane until you drop down to the lower deck of departures which then opens out into 4 set down lanes to which you can park up. Once there you will be approached by one of our Professional Chauffeurs who will identify themselves by way of their AAP ID card. They will then clarify your return details and give you instructions on what to do upon your return. Nb: Height restrictions apply - 2.05m max. height but there is a high sided vehicle entrance on ground floor.

Terminal 3: Once you have exited the tunnel follow the signs for Terminal 3 Departures. As you approach the terminal keep to the right lane and keep to the furthest lane away from the Terminal and find a place to park up.Once there you will be approached by one of our Professional Chauffeurs who will identify themselves by way of their AAP ID card.They will then clarify your return details. On your arrival back to T3: From the arrivals area on the ground floor Turn right and follow the signs to Short stay car park 3 enter the lift go to level 1 walk across the covered walkway to car park 3 enter the lifts and go to level 5 row A or B where you will find your driver with your car, he will validate your ticket and hand it back to you for your exit. Nb: Height restrictions apply - 2.05m max. height but there is a high sided vehicle entrance on ground floor.

Terminal 4: Follow signs for Terminal 4 Departures, take ramp to Departure level, stay in 3rd lane, furthest away from the Terminal and find a place to park. You will be approached by a uniformed Chauffeur who will have your details. They will then confirm your return details and instructions.

Terminal 5: Take ramp to Departures, go right at "Short Stay and Passenger Pick Up" sign. Go under height restriction arm, keep left and follow sign for "Fast Track". Take ticket at barrier then go to Row L where chauffeur will meet you. Nb: Height restrictions apply - 2.05m max. height but there is a high sided vehicle entrance on ground floor.

Once you collected your luggage and cleared customs, call the free phone number provided to you and we will have your car returned to the departure lane within 10-15 minutes for T1, 2 & 3 and within 20minutes on the arrivals lane for T4.

A driver will meet you on the outside lane at the designated terminal and drive your car to the secure compound. On return, once you have landed, collected your luggage and cleared customs, call the car park on the free phone number which will be provided to you on your outward journey and they will have your car returned to the departure lane within 10-15 minutes for T1, 2 & 3 and within 20minutes on the arrivals lane for T4.

No transfers need with meet and greet services.

Cars are parked in a 24 hour secured compound with CCTV and electric gates.

Please note, you will not be able to wait at the airport, therefore you must arrive at the agreed meeting time. For any issue which affects the collect of your vehicle on the day please call 01753 652590 direct, should you fail to advise of any conditions which could affect the collection of your vehicle a £15 supplement will be charged. Arrivals or returns between 22:00 and 05:00 will be subject to a £11.75 supplement. FHR will also send a confirmation of your booking.
